The salad I have created here is just bursting with flavor. It pulls together the sharp creaminess of blue cheese, the smoky, sultry flavor of bacon, and the tartness of my original strawberry dressing. Top off some tasty greens with this combination and you have one wonderful salad.

Yield
Serves 4 to 6 people
Ingredients
6 slices bacon, diced small and cooked until brown and crispy
4 to 5 cups mix greens (or any kind of lettuce, baby spinach, baby arugula)
3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
4 strawberries, sliced
strawberry dressing
Directions
Line the greens on plate, sprinkle bacon, blue cheese, and sliced strawberries.
Serve cold or room temperature with strawberry dressing.
