Here is a great, fruity dressing that is easy to make and delicious (especially if you like oranges). This orange dressing has a nice, sharp, but not too tart flavor, and it goes well with fish, chicken, and duck salads.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
3 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
pinch of kosher salt
pinch of black pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, add orange juice, white wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard, and whisk well until incorporated. Add Extra Virgin Olive oil and whisk until incorporated. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or keep it in refrigerator up to 3 days.
