Let's be honest, sometimes we'd all like nothing more than to kick back on the couch with a bowl of munchies in front of the TV. We also know that chips are hardly healthy - until now. My pita chips are low in cholesterol and fat, but big in flavor. Great crunch, too. They're easy to make and go with your choice of dip (and TV show).

Makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
6 pita breads, each cut into 8 wedges
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Arrange the pita wedges on a large baking sheet. Brush olive oil on the pitas. Sprinkle with the Italian seasonings, kosher salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toasted and golden in color.
